A straightforward explanation of information handled by this company website.

Who this applies to

This page covers the Blutek Media company website at blutekmedia.com. It explains the current website’s handling of visits and email inquiries. Products linked from this site, including Labs, have their own features. Read the separate Blutek Labs privacy and cookie notice for calculator entries, optional AI, advertising, and privacy choices.

Visiting this website

The website presents information about the studio, services, and projects. You do not need an account to read it. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only when configured and after you accept analytics. Without that choice, no analytics script is loaded. We do not load advertising scripts or marketing pixels on this company site. Fonts and website artwork are served with the site.

Delivering a website involves processing technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested address, and time of the request. DigitalOcean hosts this site and Cloudflare supplies its DNS. Our hosting and network providers may process or record this information to deliver the service, maintain security, and diagnose problems.

Cookies and optional analytics

We store your privacy choice in your browser under blutek-privacy-v1 for up to six months. This is essential storage used to remember your decision. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from reading the site. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change your decision at any time.

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured and you accept analytics, Google receives visit and interaction information, including page addresses and browser and device details. Google Analytics may set _ga cookies to distinguish visits. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization. Changing your choice to reject removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the active script. Google processes data under its own privacy policy. Analytics is not loaded before you accept.

Contacting us

The contact form sends your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type, optional timing and budget, and message to Jason Marchalonis. A direct email link is also available. We use it to respond, discuss the inquiry, and maintain relevant business correspondence.

Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (SES), in the us-east-1 region, delivers form messages to our inbox. Email providers also handle and store the resulting correspondence. Form messages are not saved in a website database or added to a mailing list. Optional Google Analytics is disabled on the contact page. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Private article responses

Article feedback sends the article title and address, the question shown, your selected response, any note, and optional name and email to Jason through the same SES service. An email address is only needed if you want a reply. Responses are not public comments, are not added to a mailing list, and are not stored in a website message database. They remain in the recipient's inbox and mail providers' systems under the correspondence retention described below. Do not send patient details, confidential information, or passwords. We will ask permission before quoting your response publicly.

Contact form protection

A secure, HTTP-only cookie named __Host-blutek-contact-session lasts up to 30 minutes and helps validate form submissions. The server checks input, uses a spam trap, and limits requests and sending. It stores temporary submission status and pseudonymous rate counters for up to 24 hours. Names, email addresses, and message content are not written to application logs. These essential protections do not require optional analytics consent. Email delivery records and suppression information may be kept by our mail providers and shared mail controls for security and delivery.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, network, and email providers process information as part of supplying those services. We retain relevant correspondence for handling inquiries, ongoing work, and necessary business or legal records. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations; this site does not promise that messages or technical logs are immediately deleted.

Links to products and other websites

Following an external link takes you to a different website. Review its privacy information before submitting data or using its features. This includes the product sites, OutSystems Forge, and Medium articles linked from these pages.

Advertising

No advertising script is active on this company website. Cookie settings are available in the footer. Our public ads.txt file identifies an authorized advertising seller; the file itself does not load ads, set advertising cookies, or submit your information to Google.

Google AdSense is planned for Blutek Labs, which currently displays reserved ad spaces. Its advertising disclosures describe the planned providers and data use, and its privacy choices explain consent and available controls. The company homepage remains separate from those tools. Before advertising is activated here, we will update this notice and configure the required advertising consent controls.

You can contact jmarchalonis@blutekmedia.com with questions about this website or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to restrict or object to processing, or to withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify your request and will consider the information we hold and applicable obligations. You may contact your local data-protection authority. Service providers may process information outside your country; their privacy information describes their practices.
